1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the OLX168 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile telephone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. OLX168 shall not be liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. OLX168 will never request your password via email, live chat, Telegram, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. 5. Terms of Use

Your use of the OLX168 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use:

All MYR deposits are credited to your account balance in Malaysian Ringgit.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is RM50 for all standard payment methods. Minimum amounts for cryptocurrency deposits may vary and are subject to current exchange rate conditions. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts, subject to individual payment provider transaction limits.

6.3 Processing Times

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) and FPX bank transfer are credited instantly or within 5–10 minutes of successful authorisation. 6.4 Deposit Responsibility

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

OLX168 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, cashback programmes, reload offers, VIP rewards, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus winnings that exceed applicable caps may not be withdrawable.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

8.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and unsatisfied may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses.

OLX168 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with notice provided via in-platform announcement or email where practicable. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by Players.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the OLX168 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the Platform on behalf of another person;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that interferes with fair gameplay;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account or the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed.

10. KYC Verification

13. Limitation of Liability

OLX168's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

OLX168 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OLX168 expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

OLX168 is not responsible for losses caused by: internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, interruptions to third-party payment processing services, banking maintenance periods, actions of government or regulatory bodies, or events outside OLX168's reasonable control (force majeure).

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by OLX168

OLX168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if OLX168 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in a Prohibited Activity, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to OLX168 or other Players.

14.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any voided bonus amounts and monies subject to fraud investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements. Where account closure is due to a breach of these Terms, OLX168 reserves the right to forfeit all balances.

14.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact OLX168 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately through the responsible gambling tools described in Section 11.

15. Disputes

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the OLX168 Platform, you are required to follow the process set out below:

16. Amendments to These Terms

OLX168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via in-platform notification, banner announcement on the website, or registered email, with a minimum notice period of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, unless the amendment is required on shorter notice by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

17. Governing Law
